These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ottawa, Ontario.
